Rotating Residential Proxies

A new route,
each connection.

Automatic rotation selects a residential exit for each new proxy connection. No lists to buy or pools to manage — just one gateway for distributed traffic.

How it works

Rotation without proxy-list maintenance.

Send each new proxy connection to the same gateway. PacketStream selects an available residential exit when that connection begins; requests that reuse the connection stay on its selected exit.

01

Connect to one gateway host

Use proxy.packetstream.io with username/password authentication. Start with HTTPS on port 31111, choose SOCKS5 on 31113 when needed, or use HTTP on 31112 for compatibility.

02

We pick the exit

Each new proxy connection is assigned an available residential exit. Open another connection when you want the gateway to make another selection.

03

Distribute the workload

Keep large crawls from depending on a single address. Rotation is the default, while target sites still control their own access and rate limits.

Perfect for

Broad collection through one gateway.

  • Large-scale scraping — public product data, listings, and search results.
  • Price & ad monitoring — compare results across distributed residential exits.
  • SEO tracking — compare localized search results across regions.
  • Availability checks — verify content and stock from many vantage points.
